If a Video Will Not Play
Videos listed on KPOP info are links to videos published on official YouTube channels. If a video will not play, there may be several possible reasons.
Common reasons
- Regional availability — A rights holder or publisher may limit a video to certain countries or regions. KPOP info cannot change a YouTube video's availability settings.
- Private or removed video — A video may be made private or removed after it has been published.
- Age restriction or sign-in required — Some videos may require you to sign in to YouTube or complete an age check.
- Temporary errors or connection issues — A temporary YouTube issue, your browser or app, or your network connection may also prevent playback.
